Q: How do I access the home when I arrive in Sandpoint?

A:  The house has an August lock system and a keypad entry

system.  You will be provided your own personal access code

a week before your arrival via e-mail. Depending on your arrival

time, a concierge will stop in to say hello and answer any

 questions you may have.


Q:  What are the check-in  and checkout times?

A:  Check in times are 4pm and checkout is at 11am.

If possible, we will accommodate early arrival or

late checkout times.


Q:  Are pets allowed?

A: . Pets are not allowed.


Q: What is the booking and cancellation policy?

A: A deposit of 50% and agreement to the rental contract

is required to reserve a vacation rental. The deposit is

fully refundable, less a $300 booking fee, up until 90 days

prior to arrival. The final balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.


Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A:  We prefer bank wire but also accept Visa, MasterCard,

American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Venmo payments.


Q: What is the cost for housecleaning Services?

A:  A one-time non-refundable fee to cover cleaning and

supplies after departure of $350.  If cleaning is required

during your stay, housekeepers are available for an

extra charge.


Q:  What taxes and lodging taxes are applicable?

A:  You will be charged 15% as required under Idaho

state law for sales and lodging tax.


Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: No.
